Is online speech therapy effective?
Online speech therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person therapy (Wales, Skinner & Hayman, 2017). Children enjoy interacting with technology which makes them more willing to participate in online therapy and they enjoy our interactive therapy activities.
What do I need for therapy sessions?
You need a device that is connected to the internet. Phones, tablets and computers work great. Tablets or computer are preferred for younger children as the screens are larger and thus it is easier to see the activities. Headphones are optional, based on your child's preference.
Do you provide homework activities?
Yes! We will provide homework activities that allow for continued practice of the goal worked on during the therapy session. We are able to provide activities that can be completed on the computer as well as those that can be printed out.
How do I know if this is right for my child?
The best way to find out if online speech-therapy services are right for you and your family is to try it out. We offer a free consultation session (15 minutes) where you can login to our online platform. Meet with a speech pathologist and see how a therapy session would work and ask any questions that you have about our services.

Are the therapy sessions confidential?
Yes. Our online therapy sessions are completely HIPPA compliant. You have your own individualized link to your session to ensure complete privacy and confidentiality.
Are your speech pathologists licensed?
Yes! All our speech pathologists are fully licensed and certified through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). As well as by the state licensing board in the following states:

Do you bill insurance?
What if I don't have Insurance or it doesn't cover speech therapy?
We are currently contracted with major medical plans such as Blue Cross Blue Sheild, United Healthcare and Cigna as well as Medicaid. We will complete the prior authorization check to determine your specific plan's speech therapy benefits.

If we don’t yet accept your insurance plan or your plan does not cover speech therapy, we offer competitive private pay rates. Our private pay options are designed to be flexible, convenient, and affordable. Additionally, we can provide documentation called a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
